The Finnish manufacturer of sport watches represents a new model in the line Spartan – Trainer Wrist HR. The device is designed to incorporate all the basic functions of more expensive models and put them in a more compact package.

At a thickness of 14.9 mm Spartan Trainer Wrist HR weigh 66 g. Their body is made of polyamide reinforced with fiberglass, and the material of the bezel is steel or plastic (depending on the color variation). The body colors are five: gold, steel, black, blue, oceanic. The watch can withstand immersion in water to a depth of 50 meters.

I must say that Suunto does not disclose the display matrix, so we only know that it’s color, and its resolution is 218 by 218 pixels. In addition, Spartan Trainer Wrist HR has modules Bluetooth, GPS and heart rate sensor.

Suunto Spartan Trainer Wrist HR tracks user activity in 24/7 mode. Among the recognized types of physical activity are declared: swimming, running, gym, bicycle, hiking. In addition, the clock counts the burned calories, the number of steps taken, and watches the dream.

The battery with an unknown capacity, according to the manufacturer, provides up to 10 hours in training mode with active GPS (with activated mode of increased accuracy) and up to 14 days in the time display mode.

Suunto Spartan Trainer Wrist HR will go on sale in September at the following prices: $ 329 for a gold or steel version, $ 279 for models in black, blue or ocean colors.
